Richard today supported his colleague, George Eustice's Ten Minute Rule Bill which seeks a reduction in the level of duty charged on renewable liquid heating fuel and also other changes to make this a more viable source of heating for people who live off the energy grid.
On Monday, during Levelling Up, Housing and Communities question time in Parliament, Richard raised the issue of freehold homeowners having the same rights as leaseholders to challenge excessive estate management fees, lack of transparency and poor service by estate management companies.
