Richard asks the Justice Minister about driving down reoffending

This week, Richard asked the Justice Minister for his backing of Festus Akinbusoye's plans to champion addiction recovery programmes for low-risk offenders in order to break the spiral of repeat offending

Richard Fuller, MP for North East Bedfordshire said:

I welcome the plans Festus, our newly elected Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Bedfordshire, has to introduce a raft of initiatives that will have a positive impact on combatting crime across the county and I was pleased to hear the Minister say he would be working closely with PCCs to drive down reoffending.
