Richard opens Percy's Fish and Chips in Biggleswade

Last week Richard was asked to attend the official opening of Percy's Fish and Chips in Biggleswade and cut the ribbon.

Percy's sources fresh, seasonal fish and cooks chips in the traditional way using beef dripping.

At the ceremony, Richard said, "It was an honour to be asked to attend the opening of a new business in these difficult times. I can personally vouch for the fact that Percy's Fish and Chips are delicious!"
