Local policing and opportunities to meet local police officers to discuss concerns are important and often raised with Richard. On the 7th March, Bedfordshire Police will be at Halfords in Biggleswade holding a community event between 1.30 and 3pm - please do pop along if you have any concerns you need to raise.

Last week, Richard met again with the head of Firearms Licensing for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. The signs are that the new processes and increased personnel are helping to reduce the backlog and speed up the process for new applications and renewals.
