Richard's election acceptance speech

Following the election declaration in the early hours of the 13th December, Richard gave his acceptance speech at the election count. Following the declaration, Richard said: "It is a privilege to have been elected to represent the people of North East Bedfordshire. Special thanks to the other candidates for a courteous, informative and positive campaign - Julian 4 NE Beds, Daniel Norton, Cllr Adam Zerny and Philippa Fleming."
