On 14 June Royal British Legion is marking the 40th anniversary of the Falklands War with a commemorative event at National Memorial Arboretum, remembering the service & sacrifice of our Armed Forces, their families, & the civilian communities who contributed.30,000 sailors, marines, soldiers, airmen and merchant mariners took part in the Falklands War along with many civilians who supported the war effort.
The RBL is inviting veterans, civilians and members of bereaved families to attend the service at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, which will include a live link to the Falklands.
The RBL is encouraging individuals and groups that would like to attend the event at the National Memorial Arboretum on 14th June to register their interest via their Regimental Association.
