Richard congratulates President-elect Yoon Suk-yeol in Parliament and calls for debate on defending democracy around the world

Last week in Parliament Richard Fuller MP congratulated President Yoon Suk Yeol for his victory in the South Korean Presidential election and highlighted that people across the world are choosing democracy.

During Business Questions, Richard said:

I called on the Leader of the House, the Rt Hon Mark Spencer MP to join me in congratulating President Yoon on his success, and I asked that parliamentary time be provided for the House to debate the importance defending of democracy around the world.
