Richard speaking in House of Commons

Richard has welcomed the package of measures in the Budget to deal with the effects of Coronavirus.

Speaking from the House of Commons, Richard commented:  “These are an impressive range of measures specifically targeted to help small and medium sized businesses, the self-employed and those on benefits. It is good to see a lot of this support going direct to those who need it rather than relying solely on money going through the banks. This is a more direct route to help businesses in need than the response to the financial crisis in 2008.”
