The Children's Commissioner for England and Wales, Rachel de Souza, has launched the biggest ever consultation of children and young people to help shape the way the government approaches issues affecting them
The Big Ask survey asks children across England to set out their priorities for improving childhood post-Covid. The results from this survey will help the Children’s Commissioner identify the barriers preventing children from reaching their potential, put forward solutions and set ambitious goals for the country to achieve.
Richard Fuller, MP for North East Bedfordshire said:
I hope as many children as possible in North East Bedfordshire take part and share their views on childhood today and what children need now and in the future.
The Children's Commissioner for England is independent from the government, and it is her job to help improve opportunities for young people across the country. Parents, care leavers and those working with children are also invited to share their views about the future for children and young people today, and what they think is holding young people back by completing the adult survey
