On the 30th September, Parliament will consider the renewal of the Coronavirus Act which was passed in March. This will be the first opportunity that Parliament has had since then to vote on the provisions of the Act.

Richard Fuller MP is supporting the amendment tabled by Sir Graham Brady MP which is designed to give Parliament more authority over the strategy and the actions taken to deal with coronavirus.

Commenting on the amendment, Richard said: "I am pleased to support this amendment. Parliament needs to have a greater role in examining how we respond to the coronavirus pandemic and this will provide a greater opportunity to debate and vote on issues of major national importance."
