Richard hosts Go Daddy event

On Wednesday in Parliament, Richard Fuller MP hosted an event with entrepreneurs to launch Venture Forward GB, an initiative by Go Daddy with Kent Business School to provide data and insight that quantifies the positive social and economic impact of over 2 million British micro businesses on their communities.

Speaking after the event, Richard said:

On the day of the Spring Statement it was great to meet so many people at the event who have started their own businesses during the pandemic and have such positive views about the future.

The spirit of entrepreneurship is still strong so I was particularly pleased to hear the Chancellor increase the Employment Allowance to £5,000 earlier that day– a tax cut for half a million small businesses worth up to £1,000 per business.
