Richard Fuller presses the Government on help for small businesses

During Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy questions, Richard asked the Minister to provide a small business allowance which would help to support and grow local small businesses. Richard said: "Small businesses are the lifeblood of our local economy and any additional measures to support them would be very welcome".
