CPRE survey of farmers

Last week in Parliament, CPRE The Countryside Charity held a reception at Westminster to promote hedgerows as a shared stewardship issue for the nation.

The reception also marked the launch of a new CPRE survey of over 1000 UK farmers, conducted by Farmers Weekly, which can be read here.

Richard Fuller MP said:

At the event, I listened as the Minister, Mark Spencer MP - himself a graduate of local Shuttleworth College - highlighted how the pursuit of farming goals and environmental goals works best when these sectors work together to create a healthy hedgerow network and nature-based solutions.
