The East Park Energy proposal is on such a massive scale that it is considered a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP), which needs to go through a specific type of planning application requiring a Development Consent Order (DCO) with a decision ultimately made by at least one Secretary of State.
The next stage in the process is the Examination stage, which includes issue specific public hearings in Bedford on 17th and 18th March. If you wish to attend and/or speak at the hearings then you must register by March 10th.
