With all the uncertainty the Coronavirus pandemic has brought, the importance of maintaining our mental wellbeing has gained more attention. Richard was therefore pleased to be invited to join a For Men To Talk meeting this week.

Speaking after the session, Richard said, "Sometimes the hardest part in dealing with a problem is starting the conversation that enables help to be accessed. For more information please visit the group's facebook page. The NHS site nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/ also has some general advice surrounding mental health and tips for looking out for friends and family.
