Kier Property have been in touch with Richard to advise that following the Government's announcement that Tempsford was included on the list of preferred New Town areas, they are now considering proposals for a range of homes, new open space, sports facilities, play space and a new multifunctional community building. Their previous plan for a renewable energy park here is no longer proposed.
They will be holding a public exhibition to display their emerging proposals and speak to local residents next week:
