Richard recently attended a photo exhibition in the Upper Waiting Room in the House of Commons in support of mental health produced by a small creative group at the Royal Photographic Society.
Speaking at the exhibit, Richard Fuller MP said:
My colleague, Blake Stephenson, MP for Mid Beds, hosted a very thoughtful exhibition of photographs exploring issues of mental health. My constituent, Jonathan Vaines, curated a wonderful range of photographs from fellow members of The Royal Photographic Society.
Parliament often talks, but does not always provide insight and understanding. The exhibition was a reminder of the power of images in conveying sentiment and opening a path to greater understanding.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week which makes this exhibition even more relevant.
