A1 northbound closed again this weekend between Tempsford and Black Cat Roundabout

A1 Northbound diversion

The A1 will be closed northbound again this weekend between Tempsford and Black Cat Roundabout to allow National Highways to carry out work on the new A1 underpass.

The closure will be from 9pm on Friday, April 24th until 5am on Monday, April 27th. Over this period, drivers are recommended to use the diversion as detailed:

  • exit A1 at Tempsford Interchange onto St Neots Road.
  • take A428 towards Wyboston.
  • rejoin A1 at Wyboston Interchange.
