Restart a Heart (RSAH) is a national initiative led by Resuscitation Council UK to improve survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by teaching more people CPR. With survival rates still below 10%, this campaign is more important than ever.

On Wednesday 1 October, the public are being encouraged to become lifesavers by joining a free, 20-minute online CPR and defibrillator training session.

No equipment is needed. Morning sessions are taking place for schools and afternoon and evening sessions are being run for the public.

Last year’s event broke a Guinness World Record with over 5,000 participants!

Please visit the Restart a Heart Live website where you can register for the event and find out more information: https://www.restartaheart.live/
