Have your say in the Sandye Place Academy and Allison House Residential Care Home consultation

Central Bedfordshire Council have launched a combined consultation about the future of Sandye Place Academy and Allison House Residential Care Home. The consultation period is now open and will run until 8th July 2025.

Following completion of the public consultation, a report will be prepared with recommendations for the future use of the Sandye Place Academy site which will be submitted to the Executive Committee for a decision on 2nd December 2025.

Richard Fuller MP said:

The future of Sandye Place is a very hot topic locally and this is an important decision that needs all voices to be heard. You may wish to elicit the views of the Mayor, Joanna Hewitt, Sandy Town Councillors or your local CBC Councillors. Make sure you have your say in this consultation!

The consultation can be accessed here until 8 July 2025.
