Last week, Richard had a follow up meeting with the Ivel Medical Practice in Biggleswade further to the initial meeting in June.

The GP head of Ivel Surgery in Biggleswade set aside another Friday evening last week to meet with me, local Councillors and the Town Council.
There was a useful sharing of information on appointments offered, which are on track, and an open discussion of continuing issues.
As with the first meeting, I was encouraged by the grip this new team is bringing to legacy problems. There is still much to do - and this Winter will bring new challenges - but the approach by this leadership team is focused, transparent and should deliver further improvements.
