Richard has welcomed the investment to improve grassroots football facilities throughout North East Bedfordshire made possible by the Premier League, The FA and Government through Sport England.

Since 2000, 157 grants have been awarded in North East Bedfordshire totalling £1million and enabling 83 teams to be supported.

Richard Fuller MP said:

I am delighted to see the £1million investment from the Premier League, the FA and DCMS's Football Foundation and the impact this has had on grassroots facilities in North East Bedfordshire which is helping to transform lives.
