This week, Richard met with constituents at the National Park Home-Owners’ Justice Campaign rally in Parliament.
Richard Fuller MP said:
We discussed important issues that affect park home-owners, of which there are many in my constituency.
Owners are worried about the regulatory oversight of mandatory 10% commission fee payable to site owners on the sale of a park home.
Concerns were also raised about the timing for the distribution of the government’s £400 energy payment to park home-owners with strong wishes that these payments be made directly to owners.
Many were pleased that Christopher Chope’s Bill to change the annual pitch fee increases from RPI to CPI passed last week. This is a reform I have supported and it finally gained government support and will now be implemented.
