This week, Richard visited St James' CE Primary School in Biddenham during their "Democracy Week" in which they were electing Pupil Governors. As the elected Member of Parliament for North East Bedfordshire, Richard spoke to the full school during assembly about what democracy means.

I was delighted to visit St James' Primary on Tuesday ahead of their pupil governor elections.
I talked about "winning and losing" but also about accepting results and of doing one's best as a representative.
