Whether you agree or disagree with the concept of East West Rail, it is wholly wrong that they are ploughing ahead without disclosing the business plan behind this project for proper scrutiny.
At a time when the country is so heavily in debt the taxpayer should not be asked to fund this railway without all of the facts about what it will cost and what return it will deliver.
