Road closures: A1, A421 and Bedford Road next weekend

Diversion map

National Highways has advised that the following roads will be closed from 9pm on Friday 6 November until 5am on Monday 9 November to allow for drainage surveys.

Road closures:

  • A1 northbound between Tempsford and Black Cat junction
  • A1 southbound between Wyboston and Tempsford
  • A421 westbound from Black Cat junction to Renhold
  • Bedford Road from Roxton Road to Black Cat junction

Diversion route:

Traffic will be diverted via the A603, A1 northbound, St Neots Road and A428.

Please allow extra time for your journey and plan ahead if you’re travelling in the area.
