Richard welcomes constituent to Parliament to celebrate sporting success

Richard was delighted to meet North East Bedfordshire cricketer, Amelia Kemp, in Parliament last month.

Richard Fuller MP said:

I am thrilled that Amelia is able to follow her dreams thanks to support from SportsAid and Entain’s partnership.

Amelia will be one of SportsAid and Entain’s sponsored athletes for 2023. Amelia hopes to be named in a senior women's cricket team and eventually play cricket for England.

Entain has worked with SportsAid since 2019 and to date has provided 200 athletes with awards. Sponsorship supports athletes with a financial award to help athletes with training and competition costs. Entain recently announced an extension of the partnership to 2024, with the aim of supporting an additional 100 athletes.
