Richard Fuller MP recently visited Ride Leisure Events at Wyboston Lakes.
Speaking after the visit, Richard said:
Ride Leisure Events offer a fantastic range of activities to local businesses and social groups with the two lakes either side of the centre being the main attractions.
Sadly the recent heavy rains caused considerable damage to the centre which Lucy and her team are rapidly repairing. But I wanted to talk to Lucy about the response from local agencies - such as the Environment Agency - and options for mitigating any future flooding issues.
These visits help me build an understanding of the wider issues of flooding in the area and provide important points to make to the North Bedfordshire Water Management Alliance.
