Last week, Richard visited the Queen's Head pub in Sandy which has recently reopened under a new team and undergone a refurbishment.
Speaking after the visit Richard Fuller MP said:
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Queens Head, Sandy today and was delighted to meet Lou, Nic, Steve and Robbie (and not forgetting Negan!).
I was hugely impressed with the team's passion and enthusiasm and they've done a fabulous job refurbishing the pub. They've made it a very comfortable and welcoming place for all customers and I'm particularly pleased with their focus on families which is helped by the substantial garden at the rear of the property. The star attraction however has to be Nic's table - a modern style icon with craftsmanship of the highest order!
Great to see the Queen's Head becoming a key asset of the local community and I wish Lou, Nic, Steve and Robbie every success in the future.
