RF at McDonalds Biggleswade

Richard visited McDonald’s in Biggleswade today to learn how they have adapted through the lockdowns with the new Click & Serve feature which allows customers to order their food on the My McDonald’s App and park in the designated parking bays where their food is delivered to them. He also saw all the covid procedures they’ve put in place to keep both customers and employees safe.

It’s a popular restaurant with 182 drive throughs per hour and holds the UK record for being the busiest McDonald’s restaurant opening day in the company’s history when it opened in August 2019.
