Sharnbrook Academy's Destinations Fortnight

Last week, Richard spoke to Sixth Formers at Sharnbrook Academy about careers in politics as part of Destinations Fortnight - two week of events, talks  and activities to provide students with information about the many routes available after they have completed their sixth form studies.

Train crash south of Bedford

On Friday 19 June, there was a collision between two East Midlands Railway trains on the railway line just south of Bedford at around 5.15pm.Tragically, one of the train drivers died and a number of people were taken to hospital, some in a serious condition.
