Earlier this month, Richard was invited to hold a Q&A session with students at Sandy Secondary.
Speaking afterwards, Richard Fuller MP said:
Sometimes as a politician you have really tough interviews with really tough no-nonsense interviewers and recently, I was put through my paces by students at Sandy Secondary School.
It was great to be able to talk with a Yr 9 Citizenship class and some of the Yr 12 Politics students about the issues that really matter to them.
There were no softball questions. Every young person came equipped with considered and direct inquiries covering a wide range of topics from my views on the Assisted Dying Bill, where I stand on taxation, my career before politics and why I decided to stand to be an MP.
I would like to thank Mr Davis for the invite to speak to the students and look forward to returning in the future for a further inquisition.
