It was just starting to heat up last weekend when Richard joined Clapham residents at their 'Party in the Park' on Sunday.
Speaking afterwards, he said:
Great to see so many people enjoying an afternoon of community spirit and family fun, including a barbecue, cream teas, games and a wide range of activities for all ages.
I was particularly interested to see the designs and learn more about the New Hall Project at Clapham Parish Church. The new hall will replace the existing Fellowship Centre on Green Lane and will provide a modern, accessible space for the whole community to enjoy for years to come.
