Last week, Richard attended the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast in Westminster Hall - an annual recognition of the contribution that Christianity makes to the national life of the UK.
Speaking after the event, Richard Fuller MP said:
The Annual Prayer Breakfast is an opportunity for Parliamentarians to connect with the Christian faith and to share how the Bible continues to influence their lives and the people and communities they represent.
Over 180 MPs joined 500 church and community representatives from across the UK. A special word of thanks to Eve Burt who each year helps coordinate volunteers arranging the event.
This year, the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast was chaired by Lord Curry of Kirkharle and the main speaker was Dr Amy Orr-Ewing, honorary lecturer at the University of Aberdeen School of Divinity.
