Last month, Richard wrote about the BBC's 'Our BBC Our Future' online survey that was being emailed to households across the country. Richard asked the BBC about those people who either don't have access to the internet or are not comfortable using online resources.

The BBC responded with the following:

"To take part in this particular questionnaire people are required to have a BBC account. Anyone in the UK can go to www.bbc.co.uk/ourBBCourfuture and sign up then fill the questionnaire out online. However if people are not online or have accessibility challenges and want to provide a view, support is available by contacting BBC Audience Services. Beyond this questionnaire we will also conduct polling and audience research across this year and next. This will involve nationally representative surveys plus workshops with members on the public on the future of the BBC. We are also planning further direct engagement work with audience groups, including young people."
