Earlier this month, Richard addressed a Biggleswade Jobcentre networking event for local entrepreneurs. The events give self-employed individuals access to local support, a space for them to share and inspire each other, as well as visits from other local entrepreneurs.
Those attending the event in December were given information about a self-employment course that is being offered by SSG and Jobs22 also attended to provide support for those who have been long term employed.
Speaking after the event, which was held at Biggleswade Baptist Church, Richard Fuller MP said:
Biggleswade Jobcentre sets the gold standard and does a great deal of excellent work locally.
It was great to see such a strong turnout of current and potential entrepreneurs as well as a range of organisations offering invaluable support to budding entrepreneurs.
