The Festival of Autumn Walks, hosted by Ramblers Bedfordshire, is taking place this year from 5-13th September.
Last year, Richard was fortunate to be able to join a walk, on one of the 74 organised events with over 1000 people taking part.
Richard Fuller MP said:
The events offer something for everyone - circular countryside walks, local history & interest walks, nature walks, a sail and walk with the John Bunyan Community Boat and wellness walks to encourage the public to start walking with shorter walks.
The Festival, hosted by the four Bedfordshire Ramblers Groups, is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our beautiful and unsung county, with walks being offered from the Bedfordshire Wolds in the north to the Chilterns in the south and includes walks along both our rivers and canals.
Hopefully you can join one or more walks and enjoy the exercise, scenery and companionship.
The walks programme is published on the Bedfordshire Festival of Autumn Walks website at https://www.bedswalkfest.co.uk/walks.php.
