Biggleswade Hospital is appealing for volunteer vaccinators to help with the Autumn Booster Programme.

Richard Fuller MP said:

Volunteers have been the backbone of the Covid vaccination programme since its inception 18 months ago.

Train crash south of Bedford

On Friday 19 June, there was a collision between two East Midlands Railway trains on the railway line just south of Bedford at around 5.15pm.Tragically, one of the train drivers died and a number of people were taken to hospital, some in a serious condition.
